Wildish is operated by Chasing Rainbows Pvt. Ltd ("Wildish", "we", "us" or "our"). These terms govern use of wildish.xyz, account and member applications, and ticket purchases through the website.

Please read these terms, our Ticket Delivery, Cancellations & Refunds Policy, and the entry conditions displayed for your event before purchasing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

2. Age, accounts and member approval

Attendance at Wildish events is restricted to people aged 25 or older.

Account applications and member registrations are subject to review. Applying does not guarantee approval, reserve a place or create a ticket. Approved account applicants receive an invitation to set their password. Account approval, approval of individual members and eligibility to purchase tickets are separate requirements.

Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. If you submit another person's details, obtain their permission and make our Privacy Policy available to them. Do not use another person's identity or provide misleading information.

3. Ticket eligibility and entry

Tickets may be purchased only for approved, eligible members, subject to availability and the conditions shown before payment.

Women may buy individual tickets. Each male ticket normally requires a distinct approved female member's ticket in the same purchase. One female ticket cannot satisfy the purchase requirement for more than one male ticket.

Wildish may grant a named male member permission to purchase a single ticket for a specified event. This permission applies only to that member and event. It does not automatically waive the requirement for a male attendee to enter with a female companion. Any entry exception must be expressly confirmed by Wildish; purchasing a ticket alone is not evidence of such an exception.

The male-to-female ratio is checked at the gate. Male attendees must comply with the couples-only entry rule: each man must be accompanied by a female companion, unless Wildish has expressly confirmed an entry exception. Entry may be withheld if this rule is not followed. Women may attend individually. Permission to purchase a single male ticket does not, by itself, grant permission to enter unaccompanied.

Alcohol, substances and venue rules

Our events are strictly alcohol- and substance-free in keeping with local laws. Do not bring or consume alcohol or illegal or recreational drugs at our events. Please respect these rules so that we can continue to organize events safely. This restriction is not intended to prohibit legitimate medication used as directed.

Smoking may be prohibited entirely or permitted only in designated smoking areas, depending on the venue's restrictions. Please read the event information emailed to ticket holders and follow the venue's smoking rules and staff directions.

Event information, location and social media

We email event-specific rules and suggestions to ticket holders. Please read these messages before attending and follow the applicable rules. Suggestions are guidance; requirements will be identified as rules.

The event location is emailed to ticket holders on the day of the event. Please do not share the location publicly, including in public posts, stories, livestreams or location tags.

For the safety and security of attendees, do not post content from or about the event on social media until the event is over. This includes photographs, videos, stories, livestreams and location tags. The restriction on publicly sharing the event location continues after the event.

Entry remains subject to the event's disclosed admission conditions and reasonable safety and conduct requirements. Harassment, violence, unlawful activity and conduct that endangers others are not permitted. We may refuse entry or require a person to leave for failure to meet admission conditions or serious misconduct, including breaches of the rules above. Any related refund request will be considered under the refund policy and applicable law; these terms do not exclude mandatory customer rights.

4. Orders, payment and ticket delivery

The relevant event, ticket price, currency and any applicable charges will be displayed before payment. Review the event and attendee details carefully before completing your purchase.

Submitting an application, selecting attendees or beginning payment does not by itself issue a ticket. Purchase eligibility must be satisfied before payment is taken or tickets are issued.

Tickets are delivered by email and made available in the My tickets section once payment is confirmed and any required processing is complete. See the Ticket Delivery, Cancellations & Refunds Policy for delivery and support details.

If payment appears to have been taken but your ticket is missing, contact us with your order reference and payment confirmation so we can investigate. Do not send full card details, your CVV, PIN or password.

5. Ticket transfers

Tickets may be transferred only with Wildish's prior approval. Request a transfer through WhatsApp at +92 320 3251189 or by email at [email protected].

The proposed replacement attendee must meet the applicable age, member approval and ticket eligibility requirements. A request is not an approved transfer: wait for our confirmation before treating a ticket as transferred. Sharing a ticket or its QR code does not constitute approval.

6. Cancellations, refunds and event credit

Tickets are generally non-refundable if you change your plans or cannot attend. We may consider emergency exceptions individually, provided you contact us before the event. A request does not guarantee approval.

If Wildish cancels or postpones an event, ticket holders may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the cancellation or postponement announcement, or choose credit towards a ticket for the next event. These requests do not need to meet the emergency-exception criteria.

We will explain the value and conditions of any event credit before you accept it. Credit will not be substituted for a refund without your choice. The detailed request process and refund timing are set out in the Ticket Delivery, Cancellations & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

7. Website use and content

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its security or operation, impersonate others, submit fraudulent information, or collect other people's personal information without authorization.

The Wildish name, branding and website content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Using this website does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit that material except where authorized or permitted by law.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, serious breaches of these terms or legal obligations. Such action does not automatically remove rights relating to an existing paid order or remedies available under applicable law.

8. Customer support and complaints

Our Contact & Complaints page explains the information to include and how we will keep you informed. This process does not restrict your right to pursue remedies available under applicable law.

9. Changes and applicable rights

We may update these terms and will show the effective date of the updated version. Updated terms apply to future use and purchases; we will not use a website update alone to retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction provided by applicable law, the competent courts of Karachi, including the relevant consumer court where applicable, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services.
